We’re happy to process a cancellation and refund of your order as long as it has not entered the preparation processes. Because our products are unique bouquets handmade per order, once an order has entered the prep process, the order is final and cannot be canceled. Because of the nature of fresh-cut flower bouquets, even though we take utmost care in preparing our products for shipping, it is possible for the product to be damaged in transit. For quality issues related to bouquets, we will consider a refund as long as we receive details of the issue and photos of the bouquet or garland within 3 days of delivery. Quality complaints received beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for refund. For quality issues with non-bouquet products, we stand behind the quality of our products.
